From somebody who is not an expert on drawing, I have observed that one of the biggest things to show them being an antagonist is not only in the pose, but also the facial expression.

If not for that smirk and eyebrow angle, that pose could probably be used on antagonist, protagonist, or some passerby who just doesn't know what they're doing.
But because of the facial expression, you can at least tell she's up to no good.
Since I don't know details about your character, I'm not sure what her personality would be, so I can't suggest a facial expression for her. But if you find something, you may want to just browse through some villains and bad guys from anime/cartoons/video games that have a similar personality. That could give ideas
