Damned I'm just so sleepy lately >n<
Does anyone else here has to deal with "light" hypersomnia ? If yes, how do you deal with that constant annoying sleepiness ?


For those who would like to know : hypersomnia ( also called " sleeping beauty syndrome" ) is a sleeping disorder. Basically the inverse of insomnia. Even awake the person have to deal with constant sleepiness. Well, I simplified it.
For example, in my case : I have a light form of hypersomnia.
I sleep 13-15 hours ( per day ) straight without waking up once. And about twice a year, I sleep 19hours straight ( per day ), although I force myself to stay awake, I'm usually in kind of a zombie state. The only thing that keep me awake is drawing.
