So those clothes are called Ao Tu Than. It's not the most historically acurate you'll find but I think it's still decent XD

1 - The neck-thigh collar usually isn't worn with those kind of dress, It's actually a sort of "bikini" top kind of shirt.
The thighly arranged "peignoir" wasn't much fitting to her clumsy personality, she is more fit for something loose.

2 - The belt is made of 1 white rubban attached on each side to a colorful ribbon.

3. The skirts, I decided to mix the kind of dresses. The 1st level (top ) can be cut in 2 in the middle if you wish but I decided to let it as a widely opened dress. 2nd level, I decided to put this one like a peignoir to give more relief to the skirt. 3 parallel lines is to avoid. 3rd skirt, I left it as it is except that it is separated from the shirt.

If you wish to add a bit of "occidental" touch, you can add a lace petticoat underneath

Colors :
I went for a softer hue&gradient while keeping the blue to purple scheme. The color are most of the time arranged as this inside=lighter / outside=darker.
Yellow and purple is one of the best combination so I went for a pale yellow .
Why this pattern on the purple fabric now : You explained the city she currently live in is mutlicultural so instead of giving a different cut to the outfit I decided to play with the fabric. I used a baroque pattern in this aspect, it has common traits with the asian patterns : floral and flowing.
